Light-toned timber wraps the walls, ceiling, and sushi counter, with darker wood underfoot to ground the palette and introduce depth. Soft, integrated lighting, from recessed linear ceiling panels to concealed cove illumination beneath the counter, keeps the atmosphere warm and focused on the craft at hand. A narrow, dimmer entry passage builds anticipation before opening into the main dining room, where a long, curving counter brings guests into close conversation with the chef. Subtle stone detailing, a ginkgo-motif noren, and carefully placed greenery add texture and quiet character without disrupting the interior’s disciplined restraint.
